We would design a program targeting your group's specific aim or your event's theme. We have collaborated with various organizations, including sports teams and charities, to provide them with the most suitable program. The kung fu inspired functional exercises are useful in daily life and can improve performance in sports. Get in touch!

Our private training classes are flexible with content, time and location. They can be one-to-one training class or with a private group of up to 8 students, for the same fee. Contact us and find the most suitable program for yourself!

We offer live classes on demand via Zoom. Whether it is for corporate teams, charity organisations or private groups, we can customise something that suits your needs. For office workers we tend to focus on mental balance and relieving upper body tension; for older groups it is usually more about balance in the body and building lower body strength. Qigong:Baduanjin

Baduanjin, the Eight Brocades of Silk, is a form of Qigong passed down 800 years ago. Used as set of exercises for health improvement, it consists of 8 sections, each targeting a different part of the body. Integrating balance in the body and mind, with a focus on controlling the breath, aka Qi. Embody the imagery of brocades of silks, as you glide through the fluid movements in this breathing meditation.

 
 

Tai Chi

Koo’s Tai Chi Chuan, a Northern Shaolin style Tai Chi sequence created by the famous martial artist “Iron Palm” Koo Yu-Cheung. With emphasis on the combative postures, it highlights a dynamic interplay of yin and yang. Each movement exudes energy and embodies attack and defence intentions. It is captivating and engaging. Suitable for all ages, it is a low impact physical excercise, placing minimal stress on joints and muscles. It is cataogorise as an internal kung fu, training both the body and mind. Enjoy the benefits of a moving meditation practising Tai Chi Chuan.

Kung Fu: Tan Tui

Tan Tui, Spring Leg, is a Northern Shaolin style of kung fu. This form has a long history and has been passed down through the generations. It consists of ten “roads”, an all-round foundation to advance in kung fu training. It is an external kung fu, with focus on physical strength, balance and agility. Its movements are simple and direct. The goal is to do it precisely and effortlessly.
