Our classes
Corporate Wellness
We would plan the event to suit your company’s needs. We can host Tai Chi, Qigong and Shaolin Kung Fu sessions at the comfort of your own office. Whether the focus be on team building, stress management, confidence building or as a bit of fun as part of an event, we can cater the classes to your needs. :Erica Fong
Organization Collaboration
We would design a program targeting your group’s specific aim or your event’s theme. We have collaborated with various organizations, including sports teams and charities, to provide them with the most suitable program. The kung fu inspired functional exercises are useful in daily life and can improve performance in sports. Get in touch! :Phoebe Leung
Private Training
Our private training classes are flexible with content, time and location. They can be one-to-one training class or with a private group of up to 8 students, for the same fee. Contact us and find the most suitable program for yourself!
Group Classes
Group classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. Give us a shout if you’d like to join!
Live Classes
We offer live classes on demand via Zoom. Whether it is for corporate teams, charity organisations or private groups, we can customise something that suits your needs. For office workers we tend to focus on mental balance and relieving upper body tension; for older groups it is usually more about balance in the body and building lower body strength. Baduanjin Qigong
Baduanjin, the Eight Brocades of Silk, is a form of Qigong passed down 800 years ago. Used as set of exercises for health improvement, it consists of 8 sections, each targeting a different part of the body. Integrating balance in the body and mind, with a focus on controlling the breath, aka Qi. Embody the imagery of brocades of silks, as you glide through the fluid movements in this breathing meditation.
Tai Chi
Rooted in Northern Shaolin Koo’s Tai Chi, each movement exudes energy and embodies attack and defence intentions. Captivating and engaging, this practice puts emphasis on the interplay of Yin and Yang. Movements and sequencing are curated for maximum benefits for the body, cultivating balance of the body and mind.
Kung Fu Basics
We incorporate functional exercises from traditional Shaolin training, specifically chosen to enhance balance, flexibility, lower body strength, and cardiovascular health. This powerful practice is designed to boost your metabolism, increase muscle strength, and promote a balanced body composition
