Why so many wellness programmes don’t work
No clear structure
People are left to figure things out on their own, without a programme to follow or a clear learning path.
No visible progress
Without simple ways to track improvement, it’s hard to stay motivated or know if anything is working.
No Ongoing Support
When there isn't feedback, encouragement and guidance from a community, it’s difficult to keep going.

What people say about Balancd™

“I often get neck pain from using my iPad for long periods. Practising the fourth Baduanjin movement helped loosen my neck and feel more comfortable.”

Your questions answered
Common questions
I'm a complete beginner with no experience. Can I join?
Absolutely! Most students start with no prior experience. Classes are taught step by step, with clear guidance and time to practise at your own pace. We have dedicated beginner programs to help you build a strong foundation in a supportive, welcoming environment.
What style of Kung Fu do you teach?
We specialize in the traditional Northern Shaolin Style. Our curriculum is designed to teach authentic forms and conditioning, adapted to promote health and wellness in the modern age.
How many times per week should I train?
We recommend beginners start with one class per week to build consistency. More dedicated students often train 2-3 times weekly. Regular practice is the key to progress.
Are your classes safe?
Yes. Programmes are thoughtfully structured and led by experienced instructors, with a strong focus on technique, joint health and injury prevention. The Balancd™ Method is informed by exercise science and developed with medical input to support safe, steady progress.
Can I try a class before committing?
Yes! We offer single trial classes so you can experience our teaching style and community firsthand. Book your trial through our website or contact us directly via WhatsApp.
