About our classes

Absolutely! Most students start with no prior experience. Classes are taught step by step, with clear guidance and time to practise at your own pace. We have dedicated beginner programs to help you build a strong foundation in a supportive, welcoming environment.

We primarily teach adults looking to improve strength, balance and focus. Through our community programmes, we also work with seniors and youth, adapting sessions to suit each group’s needs.

We specialize in the traditional Northern Shaolin Style. Our curriculum is designed to teach authentic forms and conditioning, adapted to promote health and wellness in the modern age.

For your first trial, wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. We recommend flat training shoes, Kung Fu shoes, or barefoot-style shoes for optimal practice. Standard athletic shoes are also perfectly fine to start.

We recommend beginners start with one class per week to build consistency. More dedicated students often train 2-3 times weekly. Regular practice is the key to progress.
