Kung Fu @ Tai Kwun

Balancd™ is back at Tai Kwun this January with a month of holistic mind–body training inspired by Hong Kong’s cultural heritage.

Ease into 2026 with Saturday morning sessions in Qigong, Tai Chi and Kung Fu Basics – three traditional Chinese martial arts practices designed to build balance, mobility and overall wellbeing.

Across five weeks, you can join any standalone class or mix-and-match sessions that suit your schedule. Qigong will be offered weekly, with Tai Chi and Kung Fu Basics alternating. All classes are beginner-friendly, low-impact and conducted in English supplemented with Cantonese.

Classes will be held at the Prison Yard, if there are any changes in location, the exact class location within Tai Kwun will be emailed to participants 7 days before the session.
