Summer Kung Fu Classes

Balanced™ is back this Summer with holistic mind–body training.

Ease into the summer with Thursday evening and Saturday afternoon sessions in Qigong and Tai Chi – traditional Chinese martial arts practices designed to build balance, mobility and overall wellbeing.

Over the coming weeks, you can join our 8-week Tai Chi course (for all students) or drop-in to Baduanjin Qigong (for all students) and Tai Chi refine sessions (for previous students) to suit your schedule. All classes are low-impact and conducted in English supplemented with Cantonese.

Classes will be held at the Moving Cube dance studio in Central (Next to Zara)!
