Start the year of the horse with Kung Fu
Balancd™ is back this March with holistic mind–body training.
Ease into the Year of the Horse with Thursday evening and Saturday morning sessions in Qigong, Tai Chi and Kung Fu Basics – three traditional Chinese martial arts practices designed to build balance, mobility and overall wellbeing.
Over the weeks, you can join our 10-week Tai Chi course or mix-and-match Baduanjin Qigong and Kung Fu Basics sessions to suit your schedule. Tai Chi and Qigong will be offered weekly. All classes are beginner-friendly, low-impact and conducted in English supplemented with Cantonese.
Classes will be held in Central, with Tai Chi at the Moving Cube dance studio (Next to Zara) and other classes at Central Pier 10, to make use of the good weather!

* For the Tai Chi class, if you have previously joined our classes, you are welcome to join us for single classes, please contact us directly!
